Each year, 25 percent of the net proceeds are donated to a local non-profit whose mission is to help protect and preserve the earth. The festival includes presentations, guided meditations, community yoga classes, special events and evening classes.

Performers and fans alike are drawn to the majestic box canyon of Telluride. The historic mining town sits at 8,750 feet above sea level surrounded by the San Juan Mountains. It is home to some of Colorado’s best skiing in winter and becomes festival central in the summer. For the Blues & Brews Festival, most of the shows are performed on the Main Stage in Telluride’s Town Park located at the east end of downtown. The Grand Beer Tasting will be held on Saturday, September 17th from 12 to 3 p.m. with more than 50 microbreweries represented and over 150 different beers. As the sun goes down, venues around town turn into the famed “Juke Joints.” Acts from earlier in the day play intimate late night performances at these smaller venues around the town of Telluride and Mountain Village.
